The screen printing line can print busbars and fingers for the mono-Si or poly-Si cells. This fully automated production line includes the wafer feed, backside laser contact opening (optional for PERC), printing, drying, firing, inspection and sorting stations.

The use of high speed linear motor, the alternate motion of four platforms together with the self-developed closed-loop control system can reduce the cell conveyance time and achieve super short cycle time.

Separate motion control combining self-developed visual recognition and algorithms make high precision printing possible.
Strong expandability

Support 182-230 full or half-cut cells; easy and fast switchover by changing certain module, lengthening the service life of machine.
